Uploading Stamp and Setting Other Preferences On The Learner Results

On every learner’s result, there are two images that needs to appear, which are -

1. The learners picture on the top right corner
2. The Principal or Head teacher’s stamp with signature on the lower right corner. This is done on a termly basis for every new result. Where these images are not uploaded, they will be automatically replaced by the product logo.

Besides this, the school admin has to also set three other parameters as shown below to determine how they should appear on the school’s result for the term and whether it should appear. These three parameters are -

1. Date of Next Resumption
2. Whether to show date of birth on the result or not
3. Whether to show position in Class or Grade. See in the picture below -

The school admin must first set all of these before publishing results for each class arm.
